Among other individuals who may relate to Vockan, the following persons are considered Data Subjects: candidates who will take part in our selection processes, our collaborators, users of the Platform, prospects and consumers.<\/p>

If you are visiting our website or contacting us on behalf of a company, you warrant that you are duly authorized and have the necessary powers to acknowledge and accept this Privacy Notice on behalf of the referred company.<\/p>

We are a company specialized in the authorized distribution of QAD software portfolio in Brazil.<\/span><\/p>

We appoint the person qualified below for the position of “Data Protection Officer<\/b><\/span>” or “DPO<\/b><\/span>“, who shall then be responsible for assisting and guiding Data Subjects in all matters relating to this Privacy Notice or the processing of personal data carried out by us, as well as act as a communication channel between the Data Subjects, Vockan and the local Data Protection Authority.<\/p>

3. DATA<\/b> <\/b>PROCESSING<\/b><\/b><\/span><\/p>

In order to access and use the Platform, relate to us and\/or buy our products, you – the Data Subject – will need to provide certain information to us, which are essential for the operation of the Platform and\/or for the activities of Vockan (including due to legal or regulatory obligations).<\/b><\/p>

When you contact us by filling out the forms available on our website, by using the contact information on our website or through one of our social channels (including LinkedIn, Twitter and Facebook) we collect the information you provide to us. This typically includes your name, email address, phone number and any additional information you include in your message.<\/p>

If you are a prospect, we may also collect your data when you fill out a form to express interest in our services and\/or products. This typically includes your name, phone number and e-mail.<\/p>

If you are a client, we may also collect your data when you register for our training or workshops. This typically includes your name, phone number and e-mail.<\/p>

If you are a job candidate, we collect personal data through our recruitment platforms (e.g. <\/i>InHire and S\u00f3lides), which includes, but are not limited to, name, address, phone number, CPF, e-mail, scholarity, profession, image, and any other information voluntarily provided in your resum\u00e9. We may also collect sensitive personal data (e.g. <\/i>gender, race\/ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability) for diversity and inclusion purposes, this collection is carried out in a voluntary basis and without discriminatory intent. Please note that in this case, the collection and processing of your data may also be subject to the privacy notices and terms and conditions of the respective recruitment platforms. If you are our collaborator (CLT regime or intern), we collect your personal data for onboarding and employment management purposes, which include, but are not limited to, personal documents (which may contain your name, date of birth, nationality, ID no., affiliation, photo).<\/span><\/p>

If you are a representative of a legal entity that provides services as our collaborator, we collect personal data relating to the legal representative(s) or partner(s) of this legal entity, including a valid identification document with photo (which may contain your name, date of birth, nationality, ID no., affiliation, photo).<\/p>

If you leave comments on our website, we collect the data shown in the comment form (name, e-mail address and phone number), as well as your IP address and browser user agent string, in order to help spam detection.
